    Children not accompanied by an adult refer to the unaccompanied and independent children from five to twelve years old. Parents or guardians of children need to fill in the "boarding application" when purchasing tickets and obtain the consent of the airline company, and provide accurate information and contact information of the person who picks up and delivers such children.     Wheelchair/stretcher service   


    For passengers who need to use wheelchair or stretcher service due to illness, they shall provide "application for boarding of sick and disabled passengers" and diagnosis certificate suitable for boarding (the effective time of diagnosis certificate shall refer to the standards of each airline).     If wheelchair service is required due to mobility difficulties, please contact the airport information office or check-in staff.

       

    Blind passenger transport  


    For the blind person who is not accompanied by an adult or guided by a guide dog, a "blind passenger boarding application" shall be provided. The application shall indicate the address and contact number of the person who picks up and delivers the blind person at the departure station and the arrival station;

    Blind passengers who have guide dogs to guide the way must obtain the consent of the carrier when applying for seat booking, and shall provide "blind passenger boarding application" and "animal quarantine certificate" of the guide dogs.

    For pregnant women who are under 8 months of pregnancy, they shall be transported as the ordinary passengers;

    Pregnant women who have been pregnant for more than 8 months will not be accepted generally. In special circumstances, the pregnant women must show the certificate of "suitable for boarding" issued by doctors within 72 hours before boarding and "boarding application for pregnant woman";

    For pregnant women with an expected delivery period of less than 2 weeks, transport is generally not accepted.
