Wheelchair service:If you want to use wheelchair when you arrive or leave Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, please contact the Information Desk (Domestic Departure Hall) or dial 0571-86662413. We will provide careful and thoughtful service for you (free of charge).

Stretcher service:If you need stretcher service, you must bring with you the “Approval Certificate of Taking Flight” issued by the hospital and its copies to put forward your application at ticket office of the airline company. After get the approval of the airline company, please purchase the ticket according to the requirements. After family member escorts the passenger to the airport, he (she) has to contact the information desk at the departure hall and fill in Service Form for Special Passengers, and then the airport will appoint special personnel to accompany him (her) to handle the check-in procedure and arrange boarding issues.

Service for unaccompanied children:If you can not accompany your children to take the flight, civil aviation can provide service for unaccompanied children. The age of unaccompanied children should be between 5 and 12. The parent should put forward application one week earlier when he (she) purchases tickets at the appointed ticket office of the airline company (business offices of every Airline Company and Wulin Gate Civil Aviation ticket office) and provide the household book of the child, correct telephone number and home address of the see-off person and reception person at the destination. After getting the approval of the airline company, the parent shall arrive at the airport ahead of time according to the regulation and hand the child to the personnel in the information desk at the departure hall. The following work will be done by personnel of civil aviation until successfully delivery the child to the reception person at the destination.

Service of the information desk:Information desk at the departure hall of the terminal will provide services of flight inquiry, small change, drug for airsickness sufferers, needles, writing papers, sending mails, etc.
