Friendly Reminder:

The boarding point for customized coach services is located inside the Bus Passenger Transport Station at the Transportation Center. Passengers must purchase tickets in advance and enter the Bus Passenger Transport Station with their valid identification documents and tickets. Coaches depart once fully booked or at the scheduled departure time, as applicable.

Ticket Purchase:

Online Ticket Purchase: Online ticketing is available. Tickets may be purchased up to 7 days in advance.

On-site Ticket Purchase: Passengers may purchase tickets at the staffed ticket counters or self-service ticket machines in the ticketing hall of the Bus Passenger Transport Station at the Transportation Center.

Tickets must be purchased using the passenger’s own valid identification document, such as a Resident Identity Card, Temporary Resident Identity Card, military officer’s ID, People’s Armed Police Force officer’s ID, soldier’s ID, or passport. Children under 14 may use their household registration booklet.

Passengers purchasing half-price tickets, as well as those holding passports or Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao, should purchase tickets at a staffed ticket counter.

Temporary Resident Identity Cards can be processed at the self-service machine next to the staffed ticket counters in the Bus Passenger Transport Station at the Transportation Center.
